Overview
Green Eco club promotes environmental awareness and sustainability through green initiatives and campaigns.
Objectives
- To motivate the studentsTo keep their surroundings green and clean by tree plantation.
- To motivate studentsTo inculcate habits and lifestyle for minimum waste generation and proper disposal of waste.
- To promote awareness on conservation of water by minimizing the use of water.
- To sensitize the studentsTo minimize the use of polythene bags.
- To organize awareness programmes such as Quiz, essay writing, painting competitions, rallies, seminars etc., on various environmental issues.
- To educate students about recycling of waste material and preparation of products out of waste.
- To build attitudesTo help individuals and social groups acquire a set of values and feelings of concern for environmental improvement and protection.
