Overview
GMRIT-Coding Club aims to the participants or students in improving their coding skills and also to designing an efficient algorithm and writing a bug-free code that can withstand rigorous testing are some of the core skills essential to get a decent job or internship. The purpose of Coding Club is to cultivate these skills by solving increasingly difficult problems.
Objectives
To create a robust competitive programming culture in the campus.
To equip the students on competitive programming and to provide the background knowledge of algorithms necessary to solve problems on the platforms hosting programming contests.
To prepare the students for online programming contests and hackathons so that their performance in such events would improve.
