Overview
Robotics club of GMRIT is established with an aim of grooming students who are interested in gaining knowledge on robotics and working with robots. The Robotic Club comprises of group of students who work together and inspire other students to work as well. The club organizes events and lets students explore their talents on design of robots. Every student coordinator is designated with specified roles for the benefit of the students. The Robotic Club makes sure that every individual gets an opportunity to learn the robot technology irrespective of one’s department. The Robotics club organizes various events, seminars, workshops and interactive sessions every year.
Objectives
To plan and organize technical events with different concepts every year, special lectures, Workshops, Seminars Symposia and exhibitions for the benefit of students.
To organize basic learning sessions on Robotics technology for the development of students.
To provide a common platform to exchange ideas and create awareness about the trending technologies among the students.
To facilitate technical visits, project works, employment, contact with industries and academic institutions.
To train students in such a way that they can build and program a robot on their own.
